गिरस्त इन चीजोंका दान न करें। हिंसोपकरणं मूलं कन्दं मांसं सुरा मधु । घुणितं स्वादु नष्टान्नं सूक्ष्मान्नं रात्रिभोजनम् ॥ १३८ ॥ मिथ्याशास्त्रं वैद्यकं च ज्योतिष्कं नाटकं तथा । हिंसोपदेशको ग्रन्थः कोकं कंदर्पदीपनम् ॥ १३९ ॥ हिंसामन्त्रोपदेशश्च महासंग्रामसूचकम् ।
न देयं नीचवुद्धिभ्यो जीवघातप्रवर्द्धकम् ।। १४० ।। फरसी तलवार आदि हिंसोपकरण पदार्थ, मूल, कन्द, मांस, मदिरा मधु, धुने हुए पदार्थ, जिनमें जीव हिंसाकी संभावना हो ऐसे स्वादिष्ट पदार्थ, नष्ट-अन्न, सूक्ष्म-अन्न, रात्रिको भोजन, मिथ्याशास्त्र, वद्यकशास्त्र, ज्योतिःशास्त्र, नाटक, जिसमें हिंसाका उपदेश हो ऐसा शास्त्र, कामको उद्दीपन करनेवाला कोकशास्त्र, जिसमें हिंसाके मेवोंका उपदेश हो और महासंग्रामका सूचक हो ऐसाशास्त्र किसीको भी न दे। क्योंकि यदि ऐसी चीजें नीचपुरुषों के हाथ पड़ गई तो उनसे हिंसाके बढ़नेकी संभावना है ॥ १३८ ॥ १३९ ॥१४॥

देयं किमपि नो दानं केवलं पापवर्द्धनम् ॥ १४२॥ जो मदोन्मत्त हो, दुष्ट हों, जैनधर्मकी हँसीहँसनेवाले हों, हिंसा-महापापसे युक्त हों, मदिरामांसका सेवन करनेवाले हों, झूठ बोलनेवाले हों और सच्चे देव-गुरुओंकी निन्दा करनेवाले हों ऐसे पुरुपोंको कुछ भी न दे क्योंकि इनको दान देना केवल पापका बढ़ाना है। इस १४२ वें श्लोकमें देव गुरुकी निंदा करनेवालेको भी कुछ नहीं देना चाहिए ऐसा कहा गया वह बहुतही युक्ति युक्त है क्योंकि जो देव गुरुकी निन्दा करनेवाले होंगे वे अवश्यही खोटे आचरणोंका प्रचार करेंगे इससे पापकीही बढ़वारी होगी। इसके लिए वर्तमानमें ज्वलन्त दृष्टान्त भरे पड़े हैं बहुतसे लोगोंने जैनधर्मकी तथा जैनाचार्योंकी निन्दा करना आरंभ कर दिया है जिन लोगोंने ऐसा करना आरंभ कर दिया है वे खुले दिलसे विधवा विवाह करना ऊंचनीचका भेद तोड़ना, एक पत्तलमें बैठ कर हरएकके साथ भोजन करना आदि पापाचारोंका समर्थन कर रहे हैं। ऐसे लोगोंको जैनसमाज सहायता देकर कुदान । रूपमहापापका बोझ अपने शिरपर ले रही है बड़ेही आश्चर्यकी बात है ॥ १४१ ॥ १४२ ॥
