त्रैवर्णिकाचार।
तर्पयामि । ॐ हीं अर्ह तेषां पितरस्तर्पयामि । ॐ हीं अहं तेषां . पितृतत्पितृतत्पितरस्तर्पयामि । एवं द्वात्रिंशन्मन्त्राः पितृणां तर्पणार्थ । तेषां नमस्कारमन्त्रोऽयम् । ॐ हीं अहँ नमः ।
इसके बाद तिल और जलसे पितरों और पिताओंका तर्पण करे । इस तरह ये बत्तीस मंत्र पिततर्पण करनेके हैं। और “ ॐ हीं अहँ नमः ॥ यह उनको नमस्कार करनेका मंत्र है।
अथाक्षतोदकेन देवतानां तर्पणं । तन्मन्त्राः । ॐ हीं अर्ह जयाघटदेवतास्तर्पयामि । ॐ हीं अर्ह रौहिण्यादिपोडशविद्यादेवतास्तर्पयामि । ॐ हीं अर्ह यक्षादिपञ्चदशतिथिदेवतास्तर्पयामि । ॐ हीं अर्ह सूर्यादिनवग्रहदेवतास्तर्पयामि । ॐ हीं अहँ इन्द्रादिदशदिक्पालदेवतास्तर्पयामि । ॐ हीं अहं श्यायष्टदिक्कन्यादेवतास्तर्पयामि । ॐ हीं अर्ह गोमुखादिचतुर्विशतियक्षीदेवतास्तर्पयामि । ॐ हीं अर्ह चक्रेश्वर्यादिचतुर्विशतियक्षदेवतास्तर्पयामि । ॐ ही अर्ह असुरादिदशविधभवनवासिदेवतास्तर्पयामि । ॐ हीं अहं किन्नराधष्टविधव्यन्तरदेवतास्तर्पयामि । ॐ हीं अर्ह चन्द्रादिपञ्चविधज्योतिष्कदेवतास्तर्पयामि । ॐ हीं अहं सौधर्मादिवैमानिकदेवतास्तर्पयामि । ॐ ही अर्ह सर्वाहमिन्द्रदेवतास्तर्पयामि । इति तर्पणमन्त्राः । अतो नमस्कारमन्त्रोऽयम् । ॐ ही अहं असि आ उ सा ॐ क्रौं नमः । एवं मध्याह्नसायायोः स्नानतर्पणान्यपि विहाय आचमनादिशेषक्रियां सर्वामाचरेत् । शिरःपरिषेचनं जलाञ्जल्याणि जाप्यं देवपूजादिसर्व कर्तव्यम् । इसके बाद अक्षत और जलसे देवतोंका तर्पण करे । उनके तर्पण करनेके ये मंत्र हैं । इस तरह देवतोंका तर्पण किया जाता है । यह उनको नमस्कार करनेका मंत्र है।
इति प्रातः संध्योपासनक्रमः । इस तरह ऊपर बताये अनुसार प्रातःकातके समय संध्या वंदना करनेका क्रम है। , इसी तरह मध्याह्नके समय और सायंकालके समय भी स्नान और तर्पण कर आचमन आदि सम्पूर्ण क्रियाएँ करे । सिरपर जल सींचना जलांजली देना, अर्घ चढ़ाना, जाप करना, देवपूजा करना आदि सम्पूर्ण कार्य करे।
