(૨૪) महैश्वर्या महात्मानो भवन्त्युत्तममार्दवाः । तत्पुरो नोऽतिहीनानां किं युक्ताऽल्पाऽप्यहंक्रिया ? ।।
નક મહાન ઐશ્વર્યના ધારક મહાત્માઓ જ્યારે ઉચ્ચ કટીની મૃદુતા ધરાવે છે, ત્યારે આપણે તે એમની આગળ અત્યન્ત હીન છીએ. તે પછી થેડે પણ અહંકાર આપણને છાજે? ૨૪
* When the high-souled men of high supremacy, are possessed of the quality of gentleness of the best kind, is it then proper for us who are extremely low before them, to entertain even the least arrogance ? 24
