(૧) महातपश्चरा उग्रक्रियाः शास्त्रविदोऽपि च । क्रोधावेशेन दोषेण मृध्वा दुर्गतिमव्रजन् ।। મ
* મોટા તપસ્વીએ, ઉશ્ર ક્રિયાકાંડીએ અને શાસ્ત્ર વેત્તા પ`ડિતા—આવા માટાએ પણ ક્રોધાવેશના દેષે મરીને દુગતિમાં ચાલ્યા ગયા. ૧૯
(તપ, ક્રિયાકાંડ અને જ્ઞાન વગેરેનાં પ્રખર ખળે! પણ ક્રોધની વાળા આગળ નબળાં પડી જઇએ મળાના ધારકને ખચાવી શકતાં નથી. )
