* દુઃખની હાલતમાં એમ સમજ કે પરમેશ્વર મારી સાથે છે. આ પ્રકારની આતરિક ભાવનાથી તારું દુઃખ દૂર થશે, તારું અન્તઃકરણ પ્રસન્નતાથી સભર બનશે.
in the condition of misery, believe that God is with you. By the force of this reflection your misery will end and your mind will be filled with pleasure. 32
