अध्याय - 1
मोह से निर्ममत्व -
णत्थि मम को वि मोहो बुज्झदि उवओग एव अहमॅक्को। तं मोहणिम्ममत्तं समयस्स वियाणया विंति॥ (1-36-36)
जो ऐसा जानता है कि मोह मेरा कुछ भी नहीं है, एक ज्ञान-दर्शनोपयोग रूप ही मैं हूँ, इस प्रकार जानने को सिद्धान्त या आत्मस्वरूप के ज्ञाता पूर्वाचार्य मोह से निर्ममत्व कहते हैं।
The one who knows that delusion does not in any way belong to him, he is only knowledge- and faith-consciousness, is called 'free from delusion' by the saints well-versed in scriptural knowledge or who know the ultimate truth.
धर्मद्रव्य से निर्ममत्व -
णत्थि हि मम धम्मादी बुज्झदि उवओग एव अहमॅक्को। तं धम्मणिम्ममत्तं समयस्स वियाणया विति॥ (1-37-37)
जो ऐसा जानता है कि धर्म आदि द्रव्य निश्चय ही मेरे नहीं हैं, एक ज्ञानदर्शनोपयोग रूप ही मैं हूँ। इस प्रकार जानने को सिद्धान्त या आत्मतत्त्व के जानने वाले पूर्वाचार्य धर्मद्रव्य से निर्ममत्व कहते हैं।
The one who knows that substances such as medium of motion (dharma) do not in any way belong to him, he is only knowledgeand faith-consciousness, is called 'unconnected to dharma' by the saints well versed in scriptural knowledge or who know the ultimate truth.
