Uttaradhyayana Sutra Sukti
161. He who illuminates with knowledge, whose ignorance and attachment has been dispersed and who has removed desire and hatred can become liberated soul and achieve infinite bliss.
• 162. As the Egret (white water bird/Bagula) is
produced from an egg, and the egg is produced from an Egret, so desire is the origin of delusion, and delusion is the origin of desire.
