The rule is this, that at every one of these three things, which come through hungry living, that is, sneezing, yawning, and sighing, one is to speak out a Yathâ-ahd-vairyô and one Ashem-voha"; and also when one hears the sneezing of any one, to speak in like manner is so considered as an action of the good e; and in the Stadgar Nask' it says thus : ""What prepares sneezing? that is, through what process (kâr) does it come?” And Adharmazd said thus: “Hungry living, O Zaratūst! because the remedy for its existence is the Ahunavar, o Zaratust! and righteousness 8."
