५४२. (प्र.) भव्यशरीरद्रव्य-अध्ययन क्या है ?
(उ.) जन्मकाल प्राप्त होने पर जो जीव गर्भस्थान से बाहर निकला और इसी प्रकार * शरीरसमुदाय के द्वारा जिनोपदिष्ट भावानुसार 'अध्ययन' इस पद को सीखेगा, लेकिन
अभी-वर्तमान में नहीं सीख रहा है (ऐसा उस जीव का शरीर भव्यशरीरद्रव्याध्ययन कहा जाता है)।
(प्र.) इसका कोई दृष्टान्त है ?
(उ.) जैसे किसी घड़े में अभी मधु या घी नहीं भरा गया है, तो भी उसको यह 'घृतकुंभ * होगा', 'मधुकुंभ होगा' कहना। यह भव्यशरीरद्रव्याध्ययन का स्वरूप है। (सूत्र १८ के समान)
542. (Q.) What is this Bhavya sharir dravya adhyayan (physical-adhyayan as body of the potential knower)?
(Ans.) On maturity a being comes out of the womb or is born and with its physical body it has the potential to learn adhyayan (chapter/concentration of mind), as preached by the Jina, but it is
not learning at present. This being is called Bhavya sharir dravya A adhyayan (physical-adhyayan as body of the potential knower).
(Question asked by a disciple) Is there some analogy to confirm this?
(Answer by the guru) Yes, for example it is conventionally said that this will be a pot of honey or this will be a pot of butter even before filling it with the same. (details same as aphorism 18)
This concludes the description of Bhavya sharir dravya adhyayan (physical-adhyayan as body of the potential knower).
५४३. से किं तं जाणयसरीर- भवियसरीर-वइरित्ते दव्यज्झयणे ? ___ जाणयसरीर-भवियसरीर-वइरित्ते दव्वज्झयणे पत्तय--पोत्थयलिहियं। से तं जाणयसरीर-भवियसरीर-वइरित्ते दव्वज्झयणे। से तं णोआगमओ दव्यज्झयणे। से तं दव्वज्झयणे। ___ ५४३. (प्र.) ज्ञायकशरीर-भव्यशरीर-व्यतिरिक्तद्रव्याध्ययन क्या है ?
(उ.) पत्र या पुस्तक में लिखे हुए अध्ययन को ज्ञायकशरीर-भव्यशरीरव्यतिरिक्तद्रव्याध्ययन कहते हैं।
इस प्रकार से नोआगमद्रव्याध्ययन का और साथ ही द्रव्याध्ययन का वर्णन पूर्ण हुआ।
