४६. धूम-नेत्र-धूम्रपान अथवा वस्त्र आदि को धूप देना, ४७. वमन - वमन करना, ४८. वस्ति कर्म - अपान मार्ग से तेल, औषधि आदि चढ़ाना, ४९. विरेचन - मल त्याग हेतु औषधि लेना, ५० अंजन - काजल आंजना, ५१. दंतवण-मंजन करना, ५२. गात्राभ्यंगा - मालिश करना, ५३. विभूषण - शरीर को अलंकृत करना ॥ ९ ॥

विशेषार्थ :
श्लोक ९. धूवणेत्ति - धूमनेत्र (धूम्रपान ) आचार्य श्री आत्माराम जी म. ने प्राचीन आगमिक सन्दर्भ एवं टीका आदि के आधार पर इसके दो अर्थ मान्य किये हैं - (क) शरीर शोभा के लिए धूप सेकना व वस्त्रों को धूप देना, तथा (ख) धूम्रपान हुक्का, बीड़ी आदि पीना ।
ELABORATION:
(9) Dhoovanette-Acharyashri Atmaram ji M. has given two interpretations of this term on the basis of scriptures and later commenatries-(a) the use of perfumes on the body and fumigating clothes in order to enhance physical charm, and (b) smoking cigarette, pipe, etc.
१० : सव्वमेयमणाइण्णं निग्गंथाण महेसिणं ।
संजमंमि य जुत्ताणं लहुभूयविहारिणं ॥
जो निर्ग्रन्थ महर्षि संयम में यतनाशील है तथा पवन के समान (लघुभूत) मुक्त विहारी हैं उनके लिए यह सभी (उपरोक्त ) आचरण योग्य नहीं है। अतः इन्हें अनाचार कहा गया है ॥१०॥
