विशेषार्थ :
श्लोक ५. अनिस्सिया-इस शब्द से तीन अर्थ ध्वनित होते हैं-(१) अनिश्रित-किसी एक पर निर्भर नहीं रहने वाला। (२) अनियत-जिसके आने का कोई निश्चित समय न हो। (३) अप्रतिबद्ध-जिसकी चर्या के लिए कोई बंधन या प्रतिबंध नहीं हो।
ELABORATION:
(5) Anissiya-This word has three different meanings(1) Anishrit or not dependent on one particular person, (2) Aniyat or having an indefinite time of arrival, and (3) Apratibaddh or having unrestricted movement.
उपसंहार __इस प्रथम अध्ययन में धर्म को उत्कृष्ट मंगल बताते हुए उसके अहिंसा-संयम-तप ये तीन अंग बताये हैं। धर्मशील साधु अहिंसा का पालन करने के लिए भ्रमर की तरह, गृहस्थ के घर से शुद्ध निर्दोष भोजन की एषणा करके शरीर निर्वाह करता है। ऐसा संयमशील तपस्वी देवताओं का भी पूज्य होता है। Conclusion
In this first chapter dharma has been presented as the best of the beneficent things and as having three components—ahimsa, discipline and austerities. Like a bumble-bee, an ascetic seeks faultless food from numerous houses to maintain his body. Even gods salute such disciplined ascetics.
