There are two: the suitable soul (Bhavya jiva) and the nonsuitable soul (Abhavya jiva). Chapter # 3.17 Soul quest of the true faith. 410. What is meant by the true faith (Samyaktva)? The true belief in the category of the truth (Tatvarth shradhdha) is called the true faith (Samyaktva). 411. How many types of different true faith (Samyaktva) are there? There are six types: 1.
