This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Chandraprabhaswami with parikar is preserved in Shāmalā Párshvanath Temple in Devasha's Pado, near Calico Dome, Relief Road. It was made by Divă and his wife Kālhi, for the bliss of their daughter Giruyā. The donor was the son of Sreshthi. Dharaņā and Rudī of Srīmāla caste and was the inhabitant of Mahesāņā. This icon was installed by Sri Vidyasundarasuri in V.S. 1509, Jyestha, Su.di. 12. Sanitie. Sal., 19 May, 1453 A.D.). ॥ संवत् १५०९ वर्षे ज्येष्ठ(ष्ठ) शुदि १२ शनौ श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय श्रेष्ठि. धरणा भार्या रुडी सुत दिवा भार्या काल्ही सुता गिरुया श्रेयोर्थं श्री चंद्रप्रभस्वामिबिंब कारितं प्रतिष्टिष्ठित श्री विद्यासुंदरसूरिभि: महेसाणा वास्तव्य ॥

This bronze image of Shāntināth with parikar is preserved in Muleva Pārshvanāth Temple in Mulavā Pārshvanāth Khadaki, Panjara Pole. This Chauvīsī icon was installed by Ratnasimhasuri of Vriddha Tapā Paksha in V.S. 1509 Jye[stha] va.di 9, Guru. (i.e. Thurs. 31 May 1453 A.D.). It was made by Lālak of Shrīmālāa caste.
॥ सं. १५०९ वर्षे ज्ये. वदि ९ गुरौ । डंडाहिमध्ये आंजुलिग्रामे श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय श्रे. झीला भा. हांसलदे सुत श्री. कडूया भा. डाहीपुत्र लालाकेन भा. लषमादे पुत्र षीमा वस्तावानर प्रमुख कुटुंबयुतेन ।श्री शांतिनाथ चतुर्विंशतिपट्टः स्वश्रेयसे कारितः । प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]त: श्री वृद्धतपापक्षे श्री रत्नसिंहसूरिभिः ॥
