In order to revise the text, we consulted five manuscripts and the vșttis of these agamas. We rarely depended on a particular ādarśa.
The complete text of Candraprajñapti is not available. Its variation from Suryaprajñapti has been given in an Appendix. We come across some manuscripts which have passed for Candraprajñapti. Their variant readings are contained in the footnotes of Süryaprajñapti.
