अवसेसे समए चंदे रत्ते य, विरत्ते य भवइ। ख. तत्थ णं जे ते पव्वराहू से जहण्णेणं छण्हं मासाणं,
उक्कोसेणं बायालीसाए मासाणं चंदस्स, अडयालीसाए संवच्छराणं सूरस्स। चंदस्स ससी-अभिहाणं १०४. प. ता कहं ते चंदे ससी चंदे ससी आहिए ? ति वएज्जा।
उ. ता चंदस्स णं जोइसिंदस्स जोइसरण्णो मियंके विमाणे कंता देवा, कंताओ देवीओ, कताई आसण-सयण-खंड-भंड-मत्तोवगरणाइं।
अप्पणा वि णं चंदे देवे जोइसिंदे जोइसराया सोमे कंते सुभे पियदसणे सुरूवे।
ता एवं खलु चंदे ससी, चंदे ससी आहिए त्ति वएज्जा। सूरस्स आइच्चाभिहाणं
प. ता कहं ते सूरिए आइच्चे सूरिए आइच्चे आहिए ? त्ति वएज्जा।
