७३. सत्तविधा सव्वजीवा पण्णत्ता, तं जहा-पुढविकाइया, आउकाइया, तेउकाइया, वाउकाइया, वणस्सतिकाइया, तसकाइया, अकाइया। ___ अहवा-सत्तविहा सव्वजीवा पण्णत्ता, तं जहा-कण्हलेसा, [ णीललेसा, काउलेसा, तेउलेसा, + पम्हलेसा ], सुक्कलेसा, अलेसा। ___७३. सभी जीव सात प्रकार के हैं-(१) पृथिवीकायिक, (२) अप्कायिक, (३) तेजस्कायिक, (४) वायुकायिक, (५) वनस्पतिकायिक, (६) त्रसकायिक, (७) अकायिक। (सिद्ध)
अथवासब जीव सात प्रकार के हैं-(१) कृष्णलेश्या वाले, (२) नीललेश्या वाले, (३) कापोतलेश्या वाले, (४) तेजोलेश्या वाले, (५) पद्मलेश्या वाले, (६) शुक्ललेश्या वाले, (७) अलेश्य (सिद्ध)
73. All living beings are of seven kinds -(1) Prithvikayik (earth-bodied 4 beings), (2) Apkayiks (water-bodied beings), (3) Tejaskayik (fire-bodied
beings), (4) Vayukayik (air-bodied beings), (5) Vanaspatikayik (plantbodied beings), (6) Tras-kayik (mobile-bodied beings) and (7) Akayik (nonbodied or Siddha).
Also, all living beings are of seven kinds (1) having krishna leshya (black complexion of soul), (2) having neel leshya (blue complexion of soul), (3) having kapot leshya (pigeon complexion of soul), (4) having tejo leshya (fiery complexion of soul), (5) having padma leshya (yellow complexion of soul), (6) having shukla leshya (white complexion of soul) and (7) aleshya or having no leshya (Siddha) ब्रह्मदत्त-पद BRAHMADATT-PAD (SEGMENT OF BRAHMADATT)
७४. बंभदत्ते णं राया चाउरंतचक्कवट्टी सत्त धणूंई उठं उच्चत्तेणं, सत्त य वाससयाइं परमाउं पालइत्ता कालमासे कालं किच्चा अधेसत्तमाए पुढवीए अप्पतिढाणे णरए णेरइयत्ताए उववण्णे।।
७४. चातुरन्त चक्रवर्ती राजा ब्रह्मदत्त सात धनुष ऊँचे थे। वे सात सौ वर्ष की उत्कृष्ट आयु का पालन कर काल कर नीचे सातवीं पृथिवी के अप्रतिष्ठान नरक में नारक रूप से उत्पन्न हुए।
